Family Tree Assisted Living

Serving Ozaukee County for the past 34 years

Who We Are

Family Tree Assisted Living has been serving Ozaukee County for the past 34 years. We were the very first assisted living established in Ozaukee County and have continued to serve the community with quality care since our doors opened.

At Family Tree, our one purpose is helping you provide for your loved one in a family-like setting outside of your own home. Together, we create a family-like environment where your loved one can live and be cared for, where all of their needs are met with respect, dignity and love from caring, competent professionals.

We are family owned, family operated and family size, with decisions based on family values much like your own.

We care for each resident as an individual with a unique personality and unique needs, within a family-like environment and a home-like setting.

Testimonials

Hamburg Home was a very special place for my Mom. It was a place where her social, spiritual, nutritional and healthcare needs were met each and every day. The Hamburg Home employees created a trusting, safe environment where Mom and all of us felt their kindness and friendship. The communication and guidance were helpful and much appreciated. When we pulled into the driveway to return Mom to Hamburg Home after a family outing, her first words were, “I’m home.” And she truly was.
— Bob Maronde

One of the most important decisions our family has made was to find my Mom’s new home when she was no longer able to live alone. Management and the caregivers at Harrison Home are always friendly and respectful and treat Mom as a person, not just a resident. We have never had any concerns about her well-being since moving there and I would recommend Family Tree to others facing the same decision our family was faced with.
— Randall Severson

My husband entered the Harrison Home as a hospice patient with the assumption he would be there a short time. He was there one and a half years. I attribute that to the caring, loving and wonderful caregivers and staff that make the residents and residents families feel they are all a family that cares for each individual. I feel blessed that he had such special care.

My family reached the point where it was no longer safe for my father to be living alone. With blindness, caused by glaucoma, Dad needed help with meals and daily care. The size of Harrison House fit his needs. The staff is kind and supportive. They provide a great family atmosphere. Other residents, as well as their visitors, all help to make it a warm and inviting place for me to visit and Dad to live.

Family Tree is such a good name for this facility because it truly is a family setting. When we visit our mom at the Harrison Home, we like spending time with her in the cozy living room or at the dining room table while she eats her meals. She loves the home-cooking and comments how good the food is. She especially enjoys our summertime visits out on the front porch. The location in a quiet neighborhood also adds to the family feeling.

The kind and caring staff are attentive to her every need. They call her by name and initiate conversations with her. Because of the size of the facility, we get to know the other residents and the family members who come to visit them. We are all one big family!
